Your wlb may be horrible but it will be opening up future opportunities for you. You will be having a Big4 tag in your resume. You would have interacted with clients who would be ready to help you provided you are well mannered. Think wisely at the end of day.
Bro try to look for some opportunities with banking domain. They have good tech stack, you will get good pay and hikes, and the wlb also be good.
It kind of depends on project to project basis. You should go for PwC. In Deloitte I have experienced wlb is kind of horrible and senior managers are quite rude.
They also underpay you. If you want to come for some time for the tag do come but sell your soul for the time of your stay.
PwC I have heard is kind of similar to other Big4s but work culture is ok types. It is not as bad as Deloitte. Ultimately go where you think work is good and what you want.
I would have compared salaries and most probably chosen Accenture. But then again I got my own reasons for doing so.
And yes, lastly Big4 is shit. They underpay you and make you do hell lot of work. So, it ain't worth it, Period!

I have PwC india n Accenture
The bench policy in Accenture is not that good. Also I agree with @Amazon...in Consulting be it in MBB or Big 4 both have horrible WLB but exit opportunities are any day better. Unless you have offer from IBM ISL then IBM GBS and GTS are as good as WITCH companies only. So any day PwC India over IBM and Accenture unless you care more about WLB than aggressive growth.
Coming from Cognizant, IBM would be a much easier transition rather than any of the Big4s in terms of the work culture and WLB.
Toxic environment can be present in almost any company, that’s a risk everyone takes at the time of joining.
I understand it is a straightforward transition but will it be profitable in terms of career advancement or salary growth.?

Kab join kar rahe ho yaha?
Don't join pwc. Many of my friends have left within no time
Yes, and also a toxic work environment. Management is horrible
In which team in Kolkata?.. i would suggest not to join
Very bad management also.. ur skill will be destroyed.. and this is not specified to any location
If you plan to stay on in Kolkata, I would suggest to join PwC. Reason being both Accenture and PwC will be toxic, but PwC will have better work as Accenture has a very small setup in Kolkata and mostly support projects are there in Kolkata. But in main cities like Bangalore, Accenture any day over PwC. The overall policies and management of Accenture is way better as compared to PwC.
