I completed my technical and face-to-face rounds about 3 weeks ago. HR informed me in week 2 that I’m selected and compensation approval is pending, and I should receive the offer soon.

Since then, no update and no response to follow-ups. Is a 3–4 week delay normal for compensation approval at ExxonMobil? What’s the usual maximum time ?

What is the maximum salary PepsiCo offers to their Associate manager for finance process ?

I need an opinion, which field is better in terms of compensation and work/ life balance , a sales producer or adjuster ??

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I spoke with a recruiter recently about a position in her company and before we even began talking about the job, she asked if I needed an sponsorship, I told her no, I dont need one. But she continued to press on the subject until I had to tell her I was a US citizen. I dont know why, but the whole conversation made me extremely uncomfortable.
