I completed my technical and face-to-face rounds about 3 weeks ago. HR informed me in week 2 that I’m selected and compensation approval is pending, and I should receive the offer soon.

Since then, no update and no response to follow-ups. Is a 3–4 week delay normal for compensation approval at ExxonMobil? What’s the usual maximum time ?

I’m in the midst of a few conversation to make a lateral move to mid-market IB. Anyone know average base comp for senior Director level? Think Harris Williams, Lincoln International or any other in similar tier? Curious how they comp against BB.

Hey, I’ve been working at an agency for 10 months. Tbh the low entry level salary in marketing is getting to me. I live in a high cost of living city.
