Then I had another interview and supposedly felt that it’s a loop interview because mail was coming from RSindialoops@amazon. After the 3rd interview(assuming 1st loop) , got no respond

I have 4 yrs of exp in Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, PLSQL, Unix and Autosys. I have been shortlisted for interview in Deloitte India. They are saying they will train me in cloud for 3 months and then I have to work in Deloitte for 12 months. In total there will be a bond for 15 months. Regarding designation I am not sure but most probably they will give me Consultant only. How much salary can I ask ? I am having an offer of 12 from Cognizant.

Hey everyone! New interesting (REMOTE) job opportunity! Potential candidates must have background knowledge on disability/accessibility services as it relates to technology. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI required.

An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?
