its been 1year since my friend joined in virtusa his bond period is 2years but he is stil on bench now he is about to pursue his masters in abroad what happen if he resigns his job during bond period will hr team ask him to pay the bond money or wt actions they take against on him

Hi fishes, I recently joined Accenture, I am from manual testing background and they put me into monitoring team where we need to analyse errors looking at codes, logs and resolve it and the KT that is being given to me doesnt feel enough when I raised concern to TL, TL itself is blaming it on me that I qm not able to understand what is being taught, I am not able to work in the project at all, I requested for roll off within a month, will this imact my career at accenture? someone please sugges

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

I am on a stress leave. Every time I look at emails from work, the less encouraged I am to return. It is so overwhelming!
