I have 2.7 years of experience and have an opportunity to join as a GITC Consultant at Deloitte USI. My current CTC is less than 7 LPA, so I mentioned an expected CTC of around 9.5 LPA (about a 40% hike) during the initial call with HR.

Could anyone please let me know what the typical salary range for this role is and whether my expectation is reasonable?

Looking to move from enterprise SDR to AM/AE externally. Current comp is $50k base,$70k ote but actually hitting 90-95k. Every AE role I see pays 50k/50k(including my company). In a HCOL that seems pretty low, anyone aware of companies with a higher base or am I dreaming? Is it worth a move if your base stays the same/only goes up like 5%?

The HR had shared a generic JD for Salesforce Developer with the interview schedule email. I called the recruiter to reconfirm that the interview was for Sales position.

In my interview the panel asked me support related questions, Salesforce limitation, present bugs in the Salesforce and Business Process Implementation. There were zero sales related questions.

People who think PwC AC Bangalore and PwC AC Kolkata are same (including recruitment process, salary structure, projects, benefits, work culture etc) are too damn high. For the last time, they are not same at all, both are two different entities.

First time in negotiation but offer is for $25k more, $90k-> $115k. Guaranteed 25% bonus. They seem hard to budge but is that worth a jump? I know it’s about an extra $1300/month for base

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.
