I have 2 offers for senior business analyst role, seeking some help to decide!!
EPAM - 18 fixed
Pros : Good Company, Bangalore Location
Cons: May not have work life balance
UHG - 19.5, which includes 15% variable
Pros - RPA Technology, Work Life Balance
Cons - Gurgaon Location ( till the time it is work from home, it is great as I want to stay in Bangalore)

Any advice on networking to find a new role? I've worked in the same place for so long and I'm not sure how to get started.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Accenture has revised my initial offer as per my expectation. But considering multiple factors, I'm still not intent on joining them

Can i still refuse their offer? I understand that I'll be blacklisted from acn forever and can live with that tbh.

Accenture is paying me 10 LPA fixed and I am genuinely afraid that they may fire me in the near future due to the high salary.

EY GDS is paying me 7 LPA fixed. Pls suggest in terms of job security and work life balance.
