I have 5-6 years of experience in QA with niche skills as per matket (e.g. Playwright, JS, Security nd Performance Testing etc.) and I have been offered as SAL-1 for 36 LPA fixed at Publicis Sapient for leading Fintech client.
I would be joining tomorrow. Please suggest me any and all pointers as part of compensation valuation, WLB and pointers to take care and inculcate.

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.

Also 11 years exp and joined at grade 8.. Seems most join at grade 10+ here..on top of this now hybrid, but HR told wfh..best place to work etc so we give wfh..Should i start trying again less than 4 months..
