Actually I applied to CGI twice with in the same month.
In the first try, I was rejected in the second round. And in the next try I was interviewed and confused whether they will take me into consideration as my pan card is already given as a proof to them in first try.
Is there cool off period for CGI?

I am currently working with TCS as PL/SQL Developer. I have 5 years and 6months of experience. And my CTC is 6.47LPA (Including 54k variable pay) . I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?

Interviewing currently at Sophos for a technical architect position. Been a good experience so far, but I wanted to make sure I'm doing my due diligence.

Glassdoor reviews seem decently favorable. Is there anything I'm missing? How's the compensation, career growth, company culture? Will it be the same as consulting or will I finally see some REAL WLB. Is senior leadership approachable or perched on a high floor with a view?
