I have a query , my YOE is 11 and was interviewed for Senior Engineer 2(B35) role.. when the HR spoke with me she said she is looking for a managerial role and need 12 yoe but in your case we can adjust (after 1st round), 2nd round done on Friday.. I want to know what is the minimum yoe for manager role and what will be the band and designation. I was already a manager at 8YOE(Service company) before I took a IC role in a investment bank. Budget mentioned was 50LPA fixed. It's tech role

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done.
