I have been offered a position of Senior Technical lead, E2 band with a CTC of 26 LPA including 3.4 lpa of variable pay in it.
I have around 7 yrs of exp in DE with tech stack as Python, sql,GCP. I had asked them for a base salary of 30 lpa during the initial discussion but got such a low ball offer. My CCTC is 21 lpa with 2.5 lpa variable pay .
Will they be able to give 30 lpa as a base salary at this band?is it worth joining Hcl at this low ball? As I am totally remote currently.

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC.
