Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? Senior directors: What’s your salary, location and YOE?

Just wanted to brag a little. This may not be much for some but I’m super excited. I graduated with a B.A in chemistry July 2022 and I start my job this Monday with a salary of 60K! My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
Thoughts and feedback on not giving notice or reducing the typical two weeks?

Is it possible to transition from Sales Manager to consulting. Currently making around 100k per year and would like to make a move and potentially make 20-30% more. For context, I have been at my current organization for 4 years and have grown my teams annual revenue from 1,000,000 to over 4,000,000 primarily through improving the culture, processes, and quality

Studied accounting and finance but worried about the future of this profession. Currently working in Forensic Consulting but want to leave. Should I go back to undergrad and get a computer science degree? I honestly want a career where I could at least potentially make 600 k per year. I feel in accounting it’s near impossible. Additionally, I’m sick of people looking down on me. My gf is getting a PhD in a social science and gets way more respect then me. I am 25 also. HELP
