Hi all, I have total 5+YOE, but relevant 2.5YOE in Data. My background is Azure Data Engineering but recently switched to MLE in a startup for 6 months. Can’t cope up due to ML fast pace and looking to switch to Data Engineer again. Issue is bcoz my salary is 15LPA and 6 months switch, it is getting a little hard to get justify my switch for interviews. Also can’t switch internally in the company right now and could be made redundant soon. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance:-)

How can I sell my 2 years of clerkship as valuable experience for corporate work? I would like to get credit for at least one year (at least in salary, if I can’t in seniority). I know for litigation they are more clearly valued and linked to that type of work, but I have reconsidered my interests and now am thinking of going into corp. Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

My role sr SQL developer I resigned the current job GOT ROLE in FICO child org as a solution integration consultant role -(AWS,PENTAHO ,SQL we will be using ) -offered CTC 25 fixed + 1L JB + 2.5 BONUS + 0.5 L WFH SETUP = total 29LPA if everything will go smoothly ( bonus vary with comp growth it can be between 1.8L to 2.5l .so final CTC will get down to 28LPA as well - Bangalore but WFH ).Current org retain with 25L +2 LP VARIABLE HYDERABAD COMPANY
