Hi all, I hope you all are doing well and safe from layoffs. I (YOE 3) received an offer from Nielsen for the role of software developer Band 7. After much negotiation, Nielsen HR agreed to offer me 15 LPA as a fixed CTC. No variables, no joining bonus. My question is: Is this the right offer for Band 7? How is the work culture at Nielsen Media Bangalore? Are there any benefits, like free food or cab pickup and drop facilities? I hope I'll not lay off right after my joining. Share your thoughts

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?
