I'm working in cyber threat intelligence since last 9 months, where i was pushed for promotions but rejected due to the fact that i dont have experience. Currently My CTC is 3.8lpa.. what could be the salary upgrade and bonus i should be getting, very new to this, please help me out.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college.
