I received an offer from Qualcomm as IT Project Manager, but I am really deliberating if I should accept due to Work Life Balance concern.

My current company - Cargill is very flexible going to office only 2 days a week but at Qualcomm I have been asked to come to office 4 days a week.

Current CTC - 25 (21.5 Fixed + 3.5 Variable)

Offered CTC - 30.8 (28 Fixed + 2.8 Variable) + 22500 USD (Joining Stocks vested over 3 years)

I would really appreciate your valuable inputs.

I have Nvidia interview next week. (Nvidia is dream company for me)

Assuming Nvidia interview takes 2 weeks.
