1. What are the working hours as this an Europe based organisation. Is the company considerate about women employees. Can we chose to work in regular shift.
2. What is the work culture here, do we get weekends completely off.
3. Please also let me know if there are any other surprises or culture shocks I might get

I got selected in LTI and got confirmation on selection procedure, I had a discussion with line HRon CTC part as well, now after all discussion HR is telling she is not getting approval from BU on my on boarding because of hing demand of CTC, now I am asking to line HR on offered CTC but I am not getting an update, can you please guide me what should I do now.@Lti

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
