Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? Tell my manager or just resign.Its not good leaving company in 6-7 months.

I have started my career in backend web development. (NodeJS)
It's been one year.
So far I like what I'm doing.
However I hear so many stories of how people in cloud , ML or data science earn huge packages.
So, to survive or earn well, should I consider switching to any of these ?
If possible could you help me with what to learn and any resources for that ?

Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed?
