I would suggest not to run blindly behind salaries. Most of us are fairly experienced to judge what salary is fine as per which organisations' standard and role.
For instance Amazon can easily pay 40LPA to a 6 YE Java guy but if Nagarro (or any other mid tier org) does so, then it's unlikely to be sustained in long run.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
