I'm a corporate recruiter with 3 years of experience. Finishing my degree in HRM 5/2022. I'm thinking of getting my SHRM -CP shortly after graduation.

I'm not sure of where to go after that, but I doubt I will stick with recruiting or my current firm.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. I have 20 days left in my notice period and I would like to know or get advised on how many days prior to joining date/led should I finalize the company from among the offers and what is a respectful time to intimate other companies that I will not be able to join their company.

Of course exceptions like last minute opportunity with a good firm or offer revision is there but in general what should be a corporate appropriate timeline.
