Coforge: 25 LPA (Fixed).

Which one is better from WLB and Job Stability point of view (considering no hikes for the next 2-3 years).

But both the cases , I need to relocate.

- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.
Jpmc 3days /week work from office

Which one to choose from below:
