I frequently get asked about my current salary by recruiters. Do I actually need to share my payslips or disclose my current pay during the hiring process? What documents does HR typically require when you onboard?

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Anyone’s company still going through the hiring process up to Christmas? Was in the running for a role at a consultancy and had an interview scheduled for weeks. A coworker and I Both have been a tech for the same amount of years but she got 1.50 more than I did.
