TEKsystems Global Services in India - 30lpa fixed (without gratuity) WFH

I heard Amadeus software labs pays 100% vp and has good wlb

I prefer more WLB than salary

Not sure how WLB is TEKsystems Global Services in India

Can any one suggest me where to join.
