I have 18 years with John Deere, managing anything from entire vehicle programs to smaller software or hardware feature enhancements. Prior experience in quality engineering and design engineering. I have an MS and BS. Some business consulting on the side. With the new possibilities in remote work, many new doors have opened and I’m looking for new potential challenges and opportunities.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. Does anyone have any RAG formulaic templates they've used in the past that they wouldn't mind sharing? Working at a company that is developing processes and we do not have a consistent/formulaic approach to RAG status. I've worked in other companies where we would do line item milestones with their own individual RAG (determined by probability+ impact) that would roll up into an overall project RAG status.
