Hi! I have recently started working with a SaaS based company as a program coordinator co-op. I graduated last month and I am actively looking to get a full-time job soon. My current co-op ends in mid december and at my current company there isn’t any operations/program/project mngmt teams as of now. While my manager often indirectly hints of future opportunities in the company, he also keeps asking me to come up with interests in other departments of the company. I am not sure what this means?!

They book a big job with an agency that isn’t a house account but certain producers and clients at that agency are noted as house accounts. The job came through a reco from one of those house account producers. Do you charge the full 25k commission, even though you didn’t really have a hand in the sale, and the client already had a strong relationship with the agency?

I just put in my two weeks to go to an AM 100 law firm to work in a niche practice area. I've never worked in a firm before. I started of doing compliance (non-attorney role) and then went in-house (acting GC for medium size company got a year). Any advice for someone who never had firm experience? Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. Working at a company that is developing processes and we do not have a consistent/formulaic approach to RAG status. But, I'm unable to find a template like that easily.
