planning to start a investment plan of 10 - 15k monthly for 5-10years.

I'm interested in SIP, not sure where to start, which platform to use to manage my investments without major challenges and where to invest in.

I do see lot of terms and contents on web such as index, small cap, large cap, equity...along with companies like aditya birla, SBI, Quant & others and totally confused which to opt for.

Any suggestions or guidance would be much appreciated.

Taking a personal loan of 20k or more will it affect perm (GC) process?

Is it the worst time to buy real estate because of the interest rates?

Got news that my house closing may have to be moved due to a delay in the sale of my home. My partner’s income was excluded in the DI ratio, but if it were included we’d be well under the % threshold and can be approved to close on time regardless of the sale of my house. However our mortgage company’s underwriting team has been painfully slow in confirming if her income qualifies. She’s been at her new job 1 month after a year off. Need some suggestions: My current company is on a layoff spree and 2 rounds are already done and I can foresee another round coming very soon.

While I am trying to switch to other companies, I’m not able to reveal the real reason from my side for the job change, as if I say, it’s because of layoff fears than it’ll reduce my negotiation power.

If I invest 50k in NPS, I would save 7k this year as per my tax calculation. Is this a good deal? In general, I don't like such long term investment, maybe I'd start that when I'm 35 but not today.
