Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.
My resume got shortlisted for Operations Associate/Engineer-Amazon Managed Services role. I am an experienced AWS engineer with 5YOE.I feel like this role will be degrading in nature for me. Is it worth joining for this position. I would love to join Amazon based on my experience and skill set. But Not to some position which doesn't require AWS experience.

Ask manager and HR to send email with compensation details. Only then revoke the paper.
Also make sure they don't put the hike in variable. Ask them to give hike in fixed.

Unless you get revised offer letter, it is fake fake fake
If you stay back, you cannot resign again within next 6 months. Besides they also might ask you to sign a contract stating that you cannot leave within X amount of time, else you will have to pay some amount.
Ask them to release the revised compensation letter before NP expires if they can not leave!
Discuss with them all the details related to your revised compensation (fixed plus variable) and ask them to release your new compensation letter before your LWD. If they can’t then it’s better to move on.
Be very clear and firm with them that you will only take back papers if you get revised compensation letter before your last working day. In that way it will be clear if they genuinely want to match the offer or not.
