In spite of having applied for many jobs at Citi (including the referrals), I have not got any calls from Citi.
I do not understand what's wrong with my profile ! I do get calls from other Captives but not from the Citi.
Are there any hacks to get calls from Citi ? Citi @citibank

While a lot depends on the immediate senior person. Some Manager/SMs act as a cushion to people reporting to them. I was one of them. Tried this for couple for years but had to leave as it was just too much for my own sanity. I am never joining again
Well I would say a few things and you can take a call.
I worked with a director who used to count weekends as workdays even for project planning. He thought if he put 9 women together he can deliver a baby in 1 month. This attitude affects quality of work and definitely the work life balance of working individuals. We work in an unpredictable environment driven by client expectations. Planning for buffer time in project duration and demanding adequate compensation for work delivered is of utmost importance.
If you see that your team is not doing the same, protecting you from client exploitation then I would urge you to put your health first. Consulting is not worth your life.

Yes agreed that there are many issues being uncovered. I'm joining on 28th October. So much dilemma on should i go ahead or look for opportunities while being in notice period. Not sure what to do. My Scon role is also in Consulting- Business risk. Any idea how is the leadership & work pressure there?
