Its been a few months I was laid off and I have applied to a lot of jobs, even by shortlisting top 25 companies, networking... I tried it all. But nothing! It’s been really tiring, I’m not giving up though.

I have 6+ years of experience in marketing and analytics. I would really appreciate any leads or referrals or any insights.

I have 2 offers in hand. TechM with 19LPA & DXC with 25 LPA (23L + 2L Variable)

DXC hired me for Indian client .My job profile on system admin. Work will be on Legacy Technology. Do I get chance to upgrade to cloud and shift to different Client

Most of the review on DXC is negative. How will be job security and work life balance. In most review I see "termination & layoffs." How is current situation in 2022

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
