I have done all TR rounds on 11th June and received an email which mentioned that " Congratulations you are almost there" on 17th June and had a HR rounds on 21st June and 1st July but yet to receive an offer letter, in the portal status is showing as a "Shortlisted" and trying to reach HR recruiter by phone and email but they are not responding. Please let me know how many days will take to rollout the offer?.Mindtree

Does it look bad in my resume to resign after less than a year at a job? writing here the time I’ve spent at each company since graduating college:
- 2 years at company 1 (resigned to move back to home country)
- 2 years at company 2 (resigned and moved back to the US)
- went back to company 1 (it had grown exponentially after 2 years so came back at higher position) (resigned after 1 year to join a startup at director level)
- 6 months at startup and I want to quit with nothing lined up

I have 13YOE managing cross-departmental projects and people, and I’d like to shed the general EA work of calendars/travel/expenses. But recruiters just see my most recent role is EA and that’s all they want to talk to me about. I’m hoping a better written resume will help target algorithms to get my resume viewed for other roles.

Currently I am working in TCS Kolkata with 6.8lpa, technology - Exchange 2010 (which is already out of support from Microsoft).
I got an offer from Infosys Bhubaneswar with 9.3lpa, technology: Office 365.
My hometown is Kolkata.
Hybrid model is okay for me if it is Bhubaneswar as my in-laws won't allow me to move to a different city. Problem is opportunities are very less in Kolkata and TCS won't hire ex- employees. Should I switch to Infosys or stay back in TCS..

Sell or keep my old condo? Condo worth around 450k and still 310k balance to pay off. Mortgage is 2200 (adding HOA) and monthly rental is 2300-2400.
