Hi All, I've recently joined Intel as security engineer (PKI, Crypto, Digital identity) package is around 22.8 L fixed, 3 L variable and 4L joining bonus. So,Total CTC is around 29.5L without RSU. Recently I got offer from Thalesgroup as well and I asked them the total package of 35 L, 27.5 L fixed, and rest either joining bonus or variable. In Thales I'm getting job as security consultant(Security risk assessment, Cybersecurity req.) with Embedded security . Which one should I go for?

I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff. How should I approach a salary increase? What’s the ball park of commercial mortgage loan service salary?

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!
