I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff. How should I approach a salary increase? What’s the ball park of commercial mortgage loan service salary?

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? Hello Fishes, British petroleum Grade-7 in Digital functions or Wipro C1 Business Value Architect, fixed pay is almost same Wipro is paying 2 lacs more variable than BP.
Any insights/suggestions would be appreciated

I’ve an total 3YOE in Pyspark and Python technologies And holding offers from Bank of America for 15.5 fixed and IDFC with 17lpa + 1 joining bonus.

In Bank of America it is more of a core Python role whereas in IDFC it is more related to Data Engineer role. I’m confused between choosing since Bank of America has bigger brand value and also both organizations have similar work life balance.
