Hi All, just want to ask one question. One of my friend started her career as a Oracle DBA. After 3.5 years of experience, she is getting 11 LPA fixed.
Just want to know the future growth of Oracle DBA. Also, DBA work is alwayz shift based. Is there any chance for her to get 9 to 5 job in future.
And want to know if she is underpaid with these many years of experience.

Not sure what salary to ask or expect since a lot of people get paid less than me and some get paid upto double for almost the same work.

I am getting 45k monthly and 10% tds is being deducted at source so after tds I would get 40,500 Rs. However, I am making my work done from someone else and paying him 30k. I am left with 15k each month. What should I do to save this unnecessary tax I paid? Please help.
