I took 3 days of sick leave, but my document got rejected, so later I applied for only 2 days as per the document. After about a week, I accidentally marked attendance for one day by mistake. Now my manager has raised this issue with HR, and HR has asked me to meet in person. I've been with the company for only 6 months. Do you think this is a serious issue, or is it likely just a warning meeting? Has anyone faced a similar situation.

Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!

I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I have joined LTI in May still no onboarding they just say we are trying for vdi access. If I get other opportunity outside can I join there and abscond from LTI.
