I have been interviewing for a position of Python Developer in a Abu Dhabi Pension fund and they are offering only 16000 AED per month. I have 8 Years experience with a masters Degree from USA. I am married and have a wife . Wife will look for job in Dubai if we move. Is it even a good decision ?

What should I pay a part time PMM at a Series A funded, Y Combinator-backed Fintech SaaS startup working 20 hours a week whose job it is to assist the CMO (me) with setting up and managing a product marketing function?
