I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?

Today I also completed 45 days on bench , Just waiting for the HR call 😅😅 but I am also looking for job and maybe in just 2 - 5 days I would get any offer then I will resign andaybe if they forced me to resign early then I will try to postpone it a little

They should do layoffs instead of playing tactics to remove employee
I was also made to resign like 6 months ago as I was on bench for about 2 months because of an internal shuffling, they paid me a more than 5 lakh, my CTC was 24 lakh.

NP is reduced by HR to cut cost,ask HR about your severance package,i think you must be on bench ,no severance is paid if employee resigns.

Yes they ask tk resign and later after 15-20 days rhey say u can't serve 3 months notice and u need tk leave early..
Why because if they don't give 3 month's time employees won't resign so they just play and then kick on later once resigned
