I have not recieved any confirmation regarding laptop delivery,Wfh or wfo.
I have asked from my HR so ge mentioned please be ready,You MAY need to work from office as per business requirements.
And my colleagues who have been hired through same process have got mail already regarding laptop delivery and wfh.

I am a career changer on mo 4 of a 6 mo sourcer/researcher contract that I’m not sure will be renewed due to team re-organizing. I have 5 YOE basically in an HR generalist role at a company that didn’t have an official HR function, building systems from the ground up. I also have my SHRM-CP. I am looking for a perm, remote HR generalist or program manager position and getting no traction despite a well-reviewed resume. What do I do? Should I go to grad school?

I am a UX designer who has completed a Google certification program along with a resume and professional portfolio. However, I’ve struggled to find a job (remote). Any advice or resources I could use? Or are there any employers currently hiring and are interested? I’d be happy to hear from you.

I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.
