Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Hi Fishes,
I have been with TCS for 16+ years now. Currently Iam serving notice. The higher offered packed is not very great but still is 80% hike and is from Publicis Sapient .
TCS is trying to retain me and giving slightly less package but also offering CON promotion with which it will almost equal the offer. It's really confusing now. Is Publicis Sapient a better option or continuing with Tata Consultancy ?
free or going to cost more later🤦

EY Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 yesterday in business risk consulting domain of EY India LLP. Current CTC is INR 16.5 L with 7 years of work experience. What would be the increment% on the CTC (approx figure would be great). When will the letter be released..?
Thanks in advance.

Your expenses in Bangalore would be close to approx on avg 4L yearly for rent, groceries, utilities etc. in a single sharing accommodation. Can go easily to 5.5L based on where you wish to stay. If you want a 2BHK for a family consider 7L minimum for something decent.
And I'm not considering the fuel expenses, eating out and all. These might end up being same or higher in Kolkata depending on how far is your office from home and how often you go out/order in.
Consider this while making the decision.
Hello, I am ex-Capco employee. From my personal experience I would say that please dont join in Capco. This company is UK based startup now merged with Wipro. See, incase if you are not being in any project and being on bench then they immediately kick you out. Overall Capco is not that well established you may face kind of micro management from HRs/Managers as well for silly reasons where you can't find those from other MNCs. Location wise, Bangalore is more expensive so 20-22 LPA is not that great. You are being from Kolkata and my personal opinion is you should go for Accenture at Kolkata location with 17.5LPA
