I have been taken for a cleint in infosys and for almost 5 months they have not given me any work, even upon constantly asking. Now i am moved to bench what should i say if the new client asks what have i done all this months. I learnt new tech skills in this 5 months can i say that and describe the problem in with cleint?
As the market was down even though i applied out side i did not get any call back from.recuritters.

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

Hi everyone, I have a question. I am currently in the middle on of an interview process, where I am quite confident that I will get the job... but I want to work for another company that has contacted me 1 week ago to interview but hasn't scheduled the interview yet....

Meaning that their interview process is probably going to take longer... how should I reach out to the company and properly let them know my situation?

I haven't received any interview calls been 2-3 months now, my profile itself is not getting shortlisted for some reason. My NP-90 days in Naukri and LinkdIN. I get some calls from HR asking about my details but then they say I will talk to my tech lead and get back to you if your resume get shortlisted.

Sigh... Situation is messed up atm. Not sure how to make my first career switch.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. I am in favour of CTS as it's in Kolkata(known place). My YOE - 3.6, Tech -Qlik, Sql.
