I joined EY 4 months back. Now I have got an offer from Cognizant of 28LPA(70k variable). My current ctc is 22 LPA(Fixed).

YOE: Almost 8 years
Skills : Integration Developer
Is it fine to resign in 4 months? Also, is it safe to join cognizant on this compensation. I am worried about the job security at CTS.

Please provide your suggestions.

What is the fixed-variable split in TCS for a Consultant role? Is 35L a good enough salary for that role?

Hey i had my HR discussion with Infosys HR, they are not even ready to match my counter offer, they will release the offer tomorrow, how to renegotiate now, any tips, they are saying they can't go beyond that for the role. Tried to convince him, but no luck, thinking to have a discussion at the last moment now. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

I am a mid level and have received an offer from a regional big law firm in a non-market paying location. I believe the firm would be a great fit and the location is where I want to be. The biggest issue is money. I’d be lateraling from full cravath in a major market and the initial offer I received is a bit off that (read: 50% salary reduction). While the market is cheaper in some respects, housing is not. How far can I expect this firm to go to in terms of compensation? Any negotiation tips?

In my offer letter in job title it is just mentioned as Business Analyst - GSC ang there's no mention of GCB, though in the Soft offer it was mentioned as GCB5 - BA. Is it discrepancy in Final Offer Letter of not mention of GCB? Do I need to check with HR?

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?

Just venting. Have been waiting for 3-4 days for written offer following verbal (with few details) from CEO. Said taking longer than usual because he has to bounce a few of the details with BoD...

2. Infostrech (Apexon now) 21 fixed 1.25 JB

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with?

Im a ux designer, i got offer from wipro and leadsquared.
Package wise both are same.
Im confused to make a decision
Leadsquared is SaaS based company, i dont know if it comes under service or product company.!

Plus my main fear is, i heard we would be on bench, and if we do not get any project in 1 or 3 months, the they would kick us out.
