I’m thinking of taking an full time opportunity I’m not particularly excited about to get out of my current role. I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?
