Hi All
As work life balance has now become more important than ever. People nowadays before switching, check upon the leaves, WFH, employee benefit policies of a company more than just the CTC part.

Can we list down the following information in the comments below for the benefit of such people(including me 😀)

Information that may be shared:-
Company Name-
No. of leaves offered-
WFH or WFO situation-
Employee benefit policy- (Ex- Holiday plan, etc)
Etc.

I am from BofA.
To be honest, I don't know why my company has such great reviews everywhere. It's just an average company and the only plus I find is there is not much work pressure here.
They are not even allowing WFH these days. 50% employees are already working from office from past 50 days and rest will be called soon. They do provide company transport free of cost. 🤷‍♂️
Total leaves offered are around 20+ national holidays 10. Overall 30 leaves per year. We can avail 2 weeks extra in case of COVID.
Zero onsite, cost of office food is too high, average hike (8-14% based on current salary). Internal mobility is being encouraged but I don't see any latest tech being used. They r still on starting stages of moving to cloud and cloud based projects are very less to none.
If anyone gets an offer from BofA, only join if u want less work pressure and want a job which is similar to govt job.

What if they mention high amount of leaves..but manager won't allow to take them because of productivity

funny

True, but it depends individual to individual and project to project. Something which can't be anticipated before right? 😊

WFO going to start from July in TCS..just got mail yesterday..

Even Accenture has started Hybrid 2 days WFO

Mastercard -
37 leaves (paid + sick + casual) and 14-15 national/public holidays; some extra leaves also present for volunteering, higher education, bereavement and Covid; maternity leave - 26 weeks, paternity & adoption - 16 weeks
Truly a great leave policy

TCS 12 WFH Lot of employee benefits except hike...

Only 12 days of leave in TCS for a given year? Could you pls mention your vertical/domain?

Amdocs unlimited leaves.

You don't need to accumulate leaves to take leave. Join and in a month you can take long leaves. Depends on manager though

Tata Steel
leaves- 50 leaves per year including PL,CL, SL
WFH for corporate roles
Holiday plan for stay at luxury hotels in india and abroad
