No! That’s entry level scientist pay with a PhD and 0YOE
I made:
105 with my PhD 0YOE
115 with 1YOE
131 with 2YOE
And now with 3YOE I’m a senior sci at $225k
SS1- yes I did.
Postdoc- so you have <1YOE. Your offer falls in line with that.
I say it’s a decent pay. I got $70k when I was a fresh PhD graduate with 0YOE (in RTP area). But that was before the crazy inflation happened.
This seems pretty low. Comparing from Dallas, Texas, you ought to be at least somewhere in the 120s to 130s. Low 100s is on-par for more junior level positions with a Masters degree, but a PhD with 3YoE should be making more than that.
