I had joined Barclays on 10 jan 2023 as BA3 Analyst
Till now manager is not giving work / less work to me .
Because he is always occupied in his work.
I asked please give work to me but he is saying wait Will give you work slowly slowly when will get the time and sometimes he says take the work from xyz person but that person is also not giving work because he is also busy always.
Anyone please advise something.
Is there any problem or i need to prepare for interview outside Barclays

One thing we've been getting a lot of feedback about is recruiter "ghosting". How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I followed up 3 times already and got the answer that I should expect to hear by the end of the week. My last follow up email, no response lol. Should I just move on now?

Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?

One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

I cleared my technical round, after that they gave me an assignment, which I also completed.
Now they send me an invite for product manager round. What will be the questions asked in this round?

Get thanked for my complimentary followup sent post-final interview. 48hrs later, same recruiter (on speakerphone) tells me job is now hold and "you must be upset" and good luck in your search.

How to check if Bgv is completed or not ?

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

Note: Completed all the rounds and documents are also submitted.
