Being a hiring manager , my 2 cents, too much frequent switches reduces your chances of shortlisting, it won’t even reach hiring managers. If you want to switch, be very careful this time and find a really good organisation and stay there for long.
Thanks i will take care for these things.
3 job switches in just 4 years.. means hardly 1 year in one company. U r switching companies like there is no tomorrow
U must switch if u don't see learning and growth in ur company. Once u have the expertise, money will follow
If u r switching just for money, make a note u will again be feel low in the next job also
The main reason for job switch must be new learning opportunity, money will follow
Money is important, so take ur time, increase ur skillset and then switch for atleast 60-70% hike
I can give you my example - some of my frnds gone through multiple switch & still sitting under 10 LPA in 6 yrs .
For me - gathered multiple skillsets & promotion . 1 Switch after 5.9 yrs with 18 LPA . Got 200% hike .

Switch kar bhai .. 1 sala ke baad Covid se Bach Gaya toh ek or switch maar lena ..
Make a switch as soon as possible.
You can easily hit 12-15 lpa with you experience.. No point waiting any longer in your current firm given so low growth rate
I can confidently say that he will start facing difficulties because no firm will trust the candidate with some many swithces.
I worked in startup initially that's why I need to switch . In first startup not a good project and in second lot of late salary delay and in third mnc i feel low salary even I am the top performer and getting continues award .

@author, if you are running for money, this mentality won't take you anywhere, try for the switch, all the interviewers will ask, why you are keep switching? Most HR's in initial call won't even arrange Interview's for you just because you hasn't been loyal to any of your org, it takes 3-4 months to complete the KT and then start work.
I would suggest you to at least stay in current company for 3 years and in between ask for promotions and hikes.
