My wife has received an offer from DXC technology Bangalore. She is currently working in cognizant as a Business Analyst.

DXC is providing 90% hike from her current CTC. And it's work from home. Her role in the offer letter is mentioned as senior professional technical support (Job title internal) but the interview was conducted for the Business Analyst role. Pls advice of this is same

Also in DXC what all components are included as part of CTC.(Like gratuity, Insurance etc).DXC Techn

Can someone please share the current trends in joining/signing on bonus in Asset management industry.

I have an offer from an Asset Manager in London and it is slightly below my expectations. I want to approach them for a joining bonus but was not sure if it is a thing in asset management.

Also what is a good % to ask for a joining bonus [5%, 10% or 15%] of the base salary

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
