I’m a sophomore studying Computer Science and Economics. I’m also fortunate to be elected as the VP of our newly formed Undergrad Consulting Club. While the Big 4 does actively recruit from our campus(we recently became a target school for Deloitte), we haven’t had much luck with getting an MBB recruiter to our campus. What are base salaries at for B4 M1s in FDD now?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

Those who exited MBB, what were your options? I know I don’t want to stay in consulting and feel like trying industry soon. Most of my background is in finance and strategy.

Tax senior with CPA at small firm. Best way to get to Big 4 audit? (LA or OC) Went to non-target so little to no alumni at B4. I don’t mind the switch to a lower title since audit was always my preference and was never a fan of tax (stayed local for family).

exit opportunities for someone who got a good gpa from a well known school and a cpa who thought they would be doing something cool while building a foundation for a fruitful career but got stuck on state/federal claims and related government work instead? or is a full restart needed?

I need advice , 2YOE big 4 audit . My dream job is forensic investigation /intelligence /litigation. Current location is USA and I will be moving to Canada next year fall. I don’t want to work in audit when I get there. This busy season has really stressed me out. Should I stick it out for this last year or get a job in forensic field now .
