I have worked in oral surgery since I was 16. (my dad was the oral surgeon) the office is now run by private equity. I make $23 an hour as an implant coordinator, front office supervisor and I also run check out, seeing around 20-30 patients a day. I have been denied a raise several times. I'm on my way out as we speak.
Where are you located? I’m at $60,320 plus a quarterly bonus putting me at $71k
I am in the negotiating process for a new job and I am going to ask for $28-$30.

$35/hr plus bonuses of approximately $7500 per year. Oversight of two office locations grossing 1.8 million each per year.
