Got 2 offers — Quadrant technologies (client: Trase.ai, AI domain) vs ICE (product-based fintech - migration to React Project)
.
Package offered in both companies is around 38LPA


Priority is work-life balance, job security,and long-term frontend growth.

Which would be a better choice overall? Any honest reviews about culture, pressure, and stability and variable pay in ICE

How long does it take for Infosys limited to allocate project to new joiners

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Hi guys, have you ever cried in a workplace. How does it feel if no one helps you when u ask something and they don’t respond at all if u are even asking doubts to them. I have just joined an organization and agreed for night shift. I thought I could manage it as I have done it earlier.
I realized that it wouldn't suit now as ! see a lot of backlash from my 2yrs old boy. I have a feeling that it might have a wrong impact on him. I don't want to continue this timings now.
