I am trying to negotiate an internal base increase. Context is that I am at a FinTech following a key strategic and successful M&A in which I was the sole program manager. For reference I have 3 years of experience and have been offered a 10% base increase as a part of my promotion (current salary is 120k). I graduated from a reputed College as a B.com Grad 2020.
I have working in Deutsche Bank ever since.
