I really liked the whole interview experience of neudesic and would absolutely love to join there. But the salary part alone is bothering me. Can anyone from both the companies provide an overview of how is it working for both the organizations? Will neudesic benefit me in the long run despite the low pay?

However, i have been contacted about a role at IQVIA for a new pure strategy internal group that they are standing up. It would be a 55% salary boost with director title and completely remote. Has anyone here renegotiated their salary after a short time being in a role? I accepted a position and I like what I do but I realize that the workload requires a lot to see success and I feel a bit burned out already with my 40 hours/week and occasional extra 30 minutes to an hour a day.

I am stuck between putting in my time and showing my value and asking for an increase to validate doing so to avoid job hopping after a year or so.

I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer?
